ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders must be placed via our website. We do not accept Purchase Orders or orders via e-mail, phone, or any other method outside of our website. Orders shall be processed in a timely manner.
Orders typically ship within 2 business days (Monday through Friday). **However, the impact of Coronavirus may delay shipping times.** Please know that we are working to ensure your order arrives to you as soon as possible. There may be a short delay between when your order ships and when you receive an e-mail with shipment tracking numbers.
We ship to homes, to businesses, and to anyone with an actual street address in the continental United States. US Casehouse reserves the right to choose the delivery method for all orders. US Casehouse has partnered with UPS. Delivery via UPS Ground typically takes 1-5 business days. Please note UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. It is at UPS’s discretion if a signature is required for an order.
Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the case(s) of merchandise ordered. The shipping cost will be shown during checkout.
US Casehouse only ships to physical addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally and do not provide NAFTA paperwork.
CANCELLATIONS
US Casehouse uses an extremely efficient online order processing system that submits orders to the processing and shipping department almost instantaneously. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
BACKORDERS
US Casehouse rarely experiences backorders. However, should a product in Buyer’s order be on backorder, we will notify Buyer ASAP and ship only those products that are available. When we notify Buyer about a backordered product, US Casehouse will provide Buyer two options: (1) cancel Buyer’s order of the backordered product and receive a prompt refund, or (2) wait for the backordered product, which will ship once it arrives.
REFUNDS
No refunds, all sales are final.
RETURNS
US Casehouse cannot accept returns, unless there was a shipping error on our part. Buyer agrees that any claim of our shipping error not made within five (5) days of delivery of merchandise to the Buyer shall be deemed waived.
GENERAL TERMS
US CASEHOUSE MAKES NO WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS) EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED. BUYERS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF THE RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS OF THE PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY US CASEHOUSE TO THE BUYERS AND ALL OTHERS ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
BUYER’S SOLE REMEDY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT, UNDER ANY WARRANTY, IN NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE BUYER AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL US CASEHOUSE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
US Casehouse shall not be liable for damages resulting from failure to make or delay in shipment of merchandise because of fire, flood, strikes, riots, shipping carrier issue, Acts of God, or any circumstances or other unavoidable cause beyond US Casehouse’s control.
WE OR OUR SUPPLIERS MAY DISCONTINUE OR MAKE CHANGES IN THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU AND WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY TO YOU. ANY DATED INFORMATION IS PUBLISHED AS OF ITS DATE ONLY OR, IF NO DATE IS STATED, THE DATE OF FIRST POSTING. WE DO NOT UNDERTAKE ANY OBLIGATION OR RESPONSIBILITY TO UPDATE OR AMEND ANY INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY OR ALL WEBSITE OFFERINGS OR TRANSMISSIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU.
