Pactiv Y78830 silver aluminum 2.5 pound oblong pans allow you to prepare, heat, refrigerate, ship, and serve food in the same container. Perfect for chilled refrigerated, heated display, oven, or room temperature display applications. Heat retention reduces energy costs and extends holding time.
Tri-ovenable, meaning they can be used in conventional, microwave, and toaster ovens. Containers can withstand temperature range of -32 degrees F to 650 degrees F. To microwave, be sure to remove any lid first, microwave one container at a time, remove any metal racks, and place the container 1#34; from oven walls. Don't microwave aluminum foil containers in a combination convection/micowave oven or in a microwave oven manufactured before 1980.

This type of rim has a curl-flange on the straight sides, with a vertical flange at the corners, helping to make closing easier, especially at the corners.
